Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mails from one email box account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just specify the mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
